Toshimori Shuzo Sake Co., Ltd was founded in 1868 in the south-western region of Japan where the famed variety of Omachi sake rice is grown. Yuki Hotaru (Snow Firely) Light, crisp and refreshing
Fruity and loral on the nose, it is drier on the palate. A smooth silky mouthfeel with a crisp, refreshing inish.
Excellent with: Sashimi, Sushi, Grilled Fish and White Meat, Light Cream Sauce. Pairs well with wide range of dishes including fusion style of Japanese and Chinese food as well as Western cuisines with Asian lairs.

Semi-dry, creamy and rich, this sake has anise-like bouquet and silky texture with a long lasting finish.

1994 Sake Hitosuji Koshu
Winner of ‘Top 25 Wines of Cornucopia 2007
Beautifully aged, the 1994 Junmai Dai Ginjo Koshu is ranked in the highest category of vintage sake. It has toast and walnut skins on the palate, a slight nuance of lowers and a full mouth coating silkiness. Rich, full-body and spicy with distinct licorice flavour, and the finish is full, long and satisfying. Very complex and appealing – a fantastic product!
Food match: sable fish, duck, foie gras, aged cheddar and blue cheese
Nanzanjyu Daiginjo (Dry, full-body and clean finish)
Full-body and complex; aromas of fresh fruits and lowers.
Dry on the palate with a big structured mouthfeel and the finish is full, long and very satisfying.

2007 Junbaishu Plum Sake (Sweet, fresh acidity and spices)
Sweet dessert sake. Great aromas of ripe plums, dried prunes and spices.
Rich flavors of candied plums and dried black currant with a lovely freshly baked bread- like after taste.
The sweetness is beautifully balanced with a fresh acidity on a very long complex finish. Absolutely delicious!

ENMA 3 YEAR BARREL AGED PREMIUM SHOCHU (BARLEY SPIRIT)
This pale straw green spirit has intriguing aromas of sweet almond and subtle sake notes. On the palate it is full bodied, well balanced, and sot textured with lavours of spicey pepper and dark chocolate. The long complex inish makes it an ideal drink on the rocks, in a premium marini, or served like a Scotch with a splash of water.

The BENI-IMO (Red Sweet Potato) Shochu is a rare ind and is drawing keen interest from discerning shochu lovers.
